Hi there fellow growers,
5 weeks ago I started my grown from bag seeds, yesterday I switched my babies to flowering.
I could determine the sex of most plants and I am stoked I only found female signs (2 white hairs) on almost all plants.
There's one plant that I can't figure out though ... it clearly shows the white hairs on female preflowers in the upper canopy, but where I topped the plant I see hairs growing out of a little sack (looking like a male flower).
Is this a hermie I am dealing with?
Need second opinion, cheers!
Tim

Re: Determine sex of plant
I'd say they are pollen sacs on the first pic so probs a hermie but someone more experienced will be better to say. looks it to me so id say get rid and air on side of caution

Re: Determine sex of plant
Thanks for the replies guys, really appreciate the feedback ... since I just started the flowering stage I probably wait a few more days to see how the top flowers are evolving.
Fingers crossed but it wouldn't be a disaster if I lose this plant because there are 10 nice 'lady-looking' plants in the grow room as well :D

Re: Determine sex of plant
Hi guys,
Update: 6 days into flowering now and there's no doubt about it, the plant is in fact a hermie. The other 10 plants in the growroom don't show any signs of pollen sacs so I am a happy camper! :D
Thanks again for the support,
Cheers!

Re: Determine sex of plant
It could be an even bigger disaster if those pollen sacs open or have opened in picture one and spread pollen to rest of plants, you`ll know more in 3 to 4 weeks if so. Prolly why it`s bag seed from an hermie plant.Timmich wrote: ↑Tue May 12, 2020 4:42 pmThanks for the replies guys, really appreciate the feedback ... since I just started the flowering stage I probably wait a few more days to see how the top flowers are evolving.

Re: Determine sex of plant
Maybe it's a non-binary plant. You'll have to call it "they"
