I wouls do maximum 2 plants in 10l pots in there mate topped after the 4th node, then lots of LST and some more topping and you should end up with a closet full of buds buddy :)

I think 4 will be too much for that space. You will be ok in Veg but once in flower, you don't know how much each and every one of them will stretch. Will be hard to work with and wont be able to make the most of your space. Other option will be to veg them until you got 50% full groom and flip.

just keep stunting them in someway to stop growth, the flower rate doesn't stop so you can have it flower 4" tall if you want.

keep topping the hell out of it and trimming until it's near flower then let it go .... you can make any size this way no limit.

As Bulls said 2 plant would do well in that space, 4 plants and you will struggle with each getting enough light.

Might as well grow 2 decent sized plants, than 4 small plants, more plants doesnt mean more buds, especially when growing in limited space.

Goodluck :)
