Hi all, just a little about me and why I’m growing!

Hi guys, I’m kinda new to growing (I had a go 2years ago and basically struggled with temps and humidity mainly but since moved house and garage is not as warm as the old garage had the door in the sun all day and was blocked from winds etc so garage was like a furnace).
I’m growing cannabis for medicinal reasons, long story short, I worked with chemicals and a chemical is laying dormant in my system somewhere but comes out to play now and then, this caused a rare condition called ‘ Methemoglobinemia’ this took my eye sight in around 10seconds and been registered blind, I do have a little bit of vision in one eye which comes and goes depending on a lot of things, I suffer chronic head and eye pains so obviously cannabis helps settle or numb the pain, but mainly because my condition keeps attacking, when I have an episode basically I start shutting down and going blue and will carry on until I die if I never went to hospital, I’ve spent a lot time in and out of hospital for long stint stays, cannabis on the other hand oxygenate the blood so stops me from shutting down and ending in hospital stays and I return back to normal colour, so sometimes I ask silly questions as as we all know the internet is literally a mine field and every site seems to give different answers and opinions, so before I ruin everything I like to double check with people (especially when things are contradicted on sites), so that’s a little on me and why I’m growing, thanks kindly guys Gary!

Welcome to the forum! There are certainly some nice people on here that are full of knowledge about growing and willing to share it, I hope you’re able to find any answers you’re looking for.

Welcome, sorry your not so well, be careful in the garage. We have a couple who grow in one and the key seems to be insulation on walls, roof and door. I have only done it in a concrete shed and the humidity was mental, the walls were seeping water!
Dont worry about silly questions, theres lots of guides etc here and good advice... no question is silly :)

Ganja does help with pain in my case as well as gives more happiness for my condition lol

I learnt slmthjnb noew about canna oxygenated :D so ill be doinb some readjng on that thanks buddy

Thanks guys for help and support, I’m happy go lucky there’s people worse off than me, I’m still here which usually helps lol, but like everyone you just plod on, and yeah cannabis oxygenates the blood, I found out through just trying it then when I questioned haematology doctors and consultants it was then when they told me why it was helping me out, because it’s basically (in my case) stopping me going blue or returning me back to white (my normal skin colour) obviously helps with pain numbing and pushes the chemical in my system back to being dormant somewhere lol.
I’m not having problems with temps or humidity in this garage it was the old garage 2years ago, this one is much easier to keep right, I’ve got a free standing air con unit (in the tent) which fills with water so at the minute I’ve got temps of 25.7c and RH of 62% (obviously it fluctuates a little), I can lower or raise any by adjusting different things, ie, turning water off lowers humidity and raises temps slightly, I can turn the fan up or down for power etc so I think temps and humidity should be alright (SHOULD be, hopefully) I’ve got dehumidifiers for flowering to and also set up another free standing air con unit Pretty much similar to the one in the tent set up in the garage to help keep that cool and air clean in there ready to be taken in through vents, are the temps and humidity alright? They seem to be doing alright (the plants......I think) thanks again guys happy growing!
