I havent tried it but tbh just looks like a prebuild QB with a reflector - I personally reckon it will be fine mate :)

Im not sure mate tbh as ive never used one but even tho its called 1000w I bet its like 150w or something. That being said 1000w is too much for that space.
I personally use companies who dont make false wattage claims, better to know the real wattage.
