While searching for which light I wanted to get I stumbled on to this site. while most I had seen had metal sides I liked what they said about how their shades allow hot air from light to release at top and not damage the plants . So I ordered two. I received them today and without hast I opened and assembled them. It was very easy assembly took less than 10 min for both.The material on the shades is a thick outer canvas and a reflective mirrored under layer.This light did not come with a ballost. I ordered 2 new Visosun ballast for the lights as well as a timer. I am very impressed with material and ease of assembly. I will update this after a week or so of using it to see if they do as company said. Company stated you can have lght very close without burning plants.
