Re: CannaBrush
Hey all,
So I was asked to review the CannaBrush! So here are my thoughts. I was apprehensive at first and when I was first asked to take it away and give it ago I turned down the offer. I was a little perplexed to how it would actually remove the leaf if I'm honest. Anyway, with a bit of arm twisting, I took it away for a trial.
I trim my buds twice normally. The first trim I remove all the fan leaves and most of the larger sugar leaves then once dry, I desalk and take off the smaller sugar leaves. The crop I used this on had most of the leaf removed upon the first pass. That being said, the was still quite a lot of leaf as the current strain I'm trimming is a leggy sativa with not a great leaf to buf raito.
I can report, this thing actually works! I set up my workbench, and started to brush away and the leaf was removed while leaving the buds intact :) you still need to do a final pass with the scissors but there's only the odd leaf that has stuck to the bud that wasn't removed.
I was also quite supprised that it did infact also not remove lots of tricomes! Obviously, tricomes were falling off but no more than what does when I trim with scissors. The thing also does a great job of sweeping up the tricomes that fall through the screen and into the catchment tray.
Those was the good bits, now for the bad bit. And I say bad bit because there is only real one downside and that's the price! I couldn't believe it when I saw £30!! Wow I'm not going to mince my words when I say what a rip off!!! So my final opinion. It does what it says on the tin. I have no doubt that this would remove all the shade leaves too if you dried the buds with the shade leaf and brushed it off with this. And it will save you hours of labour but would I pay £30...... probably not :) I'm pretty sure you could find something similar on Amazon for a fifth of the price.

Me wonders if you could get summink like a facial brush like the ones woman use, but possibly silicon and possibly electric or battery operated. :)
