Just thought I'd feed back to you on my usage of the TP Link HS110 smart plugs I use. Never really had a problem with them for the last couple of years but I checked my Kasa app randomly today and during my lights off, the damn thing was turned on. My schedule is simple with an on/off schedule. Checked the energy and it was using 600w meaning that it was indeed on.
Fingers crossed they dont hermie on me. Back to a manual timer now. Just got to learn how to use them!
In conclusion, don't use the damn thing for lights. The region / timezone are all correct etc as well.
