The quieter you become, the more you are able to hear.

Hi guys and girls. So I am relatively new grower but been around a few along the road.
Got this GT100 for my first grow. Came packaged well and as discreet as it could be. 🙈 Upon opening all looked to be good, seemed good quality construction, sturdy build.
It went together fine and seemed to fit quite well together however once I got my water in and got it running I was left quite disappointed. The pipework for the water was extremely noisy. It sort of had a loud squeek as it was running. It seemed as though the holes for the water to come out were perhaps not big enough. Possibly with a bit of work it could be improved, however I feel it should work as is without having to do things to it. So all in all I wouldn't really recommend this system for your NFT needs.

Sweet! Another NFT grower :)

How the grow going? Ive got one that's half the size of this and tried two plants in my first grow, autos, and ran out of space. Even with one plant it takes up majority of the tray..but boy those roots! I'd be interested in speaking to you about reservoir changes, salt build up, fluctuating ph levels. One thing tho, the yields are mental!

Stay bless
Wu

Lol thats my wife mate. We converted the nft to coco as it was so bloody loud in the bedroom. Terrible nft but awesome as a wilma style system. It has the added bonus of moving pots and as many or few as you like :)

Theres so much I need to learn in terms of different types of systems. I was recommended to grow in nft by the first supplier of equipment..and it wasnt the best as my environment was shit, but still managed to pull good yields. I guess I went into the deep end first, now im on my first soil grows, others however say soil is more difficult. I was also changing my reservoir weekly as I was advised by the hydro store but Im told that I dont even need to do that as long as the EC is in check.

Ahh its a shame, I'll have to find some other NFT'ers to share notes :)

Cheers @Nanook
