I have been playing around with tastes for a while and these seem to be the tastiest yet, unless you hate ginger, it’s a little like marmite, you either love or hate it. But I find that the ginger goes well with the taste the ABV butter gives to the final product.

This is really simple to do, as long as you can give a little elbow grease for mixing and get your hands a little messy balling up the dough at the end, you’re all good to go.
Here is an ingredient list:
- 250g Canna Butter
- 250g brown and caster sugar
- 2-3 Table Spoons of stem ginger
- 2-3 Tea Spoons of ground ginger
- 2 Eggs (unless you wish to make hard (twice cooked) thin buscuits
- 400g plain flour
- 1 Tea Spoon of each Baking Powder/Soda
- 100-200g Cocoa
- 70% Cocolate, large bar
So:
- Cream the butter and sugar together
- Add both ginger from list
- Add eggs
- Seive Cocoa and flour into bowl
- Add slowly to mixture until a dough
- Pre heat oven to 180 degrees
- Shape in the way of your choice
Happy cooking
