Sounds like my cimate. Pineapples take 2-3 years, coconuts gro on trees, and bannanas take 9 months to fruit bout a year to harvest. Lime tress are best not to let flower for 3 years otherwise future yields suffer dramatically. Love it smokey your in for the long haul brother.

Re: Fruit and veg olympics comp
I'll defo do chillies, I started some off in the tent and they're in the garden/conservatory now. Plucked one off and put it in a pasta sauce last night and was spicy as fuck.
I'm sure the missus will pick some others, has to be doable in a pot/ bag though as my garden is all patio.

Re: Fruit and veg olympics comp
Well no melons cause its winter. Gave my pineapple pups away cause i dont have space. I got bannanas and limes. And no one wants a coconut tree in the backyard lol.Smokey wrote: ↑Mon Jul 16, 2018 5:30 pmI love my tropical fruits lol I was just messing although could be a comp in the comp person who can source the biggest of all the above lol biggest combined weight wins lolHobbit wrote: ↑Mon Jul 16, 2018 5:11 pm
