Anyone got tips on how to handle a hot plant? Ie when leafs touched and you touch your skin or kids you burn lol?

I'm gonna use gloves to handle it but wondering if anyone got any tips on what to wash hands with after handling hit chilli plant
The hottest we've grown were cayenne. Never heard of the foliage being hot though. Have made the mistake of cutting the fruit & touching your eyes as others have 😂😂

Yoyo everyone hope it's all good with every one and here I have a little update from the window sill in the UK so i started them well early just after Christmas under led for a few weeks and bedroom window after.
Starting them early has a lot of benefits (early crops/massive plants) good for Northern European climate but be prepared to put the work in im gonna have to bring them in and out of greenhouse in April for a few weeks and gonna grow Nigels Uk Chilli and Samoah sweet red peppers in full sun this year..
Here is a few pics..

Cayenne oush and gmo was habinero not sure if I spelled it right lol and no one has leafs and stem burning? It's mad I definitely have to pass these around when I harvest the chilli's

Might be due to the ones I got are from east Africa and from a man who grew em so they never been selective bred I don't think they are another level I swear I ditched it last time I grew it it was summer and when ever I went near em no shirt on was like putting a thick layer of deep heat crea lol

@Dex i didnt use any gloves when I harvested my super hots last year, but I wouldnt work with them in the kitchen without gloves. Last year I dried all of mine and ground them by hand and washed 3 times with no ill effect.

I once made hot salsa and didnt wash well enough and that night accidentally transferred the fire to the missus…got in big trouble that night
