My sunflowers look a bit rusty on top

My sunflowers look a bit rusty on top

That looks like some sort of fungus issue a little like you get with roses sometimes.

I have used Apple Cider Vinegar and bicarbonate of soda with success on roses. Maybe a cheap option if you have any of that. Or any white vinegar or something.

Thanks Rik , I can’t remember ever seeing that before on them , I’ll sort out some thing and try get rid , knowing my luck it will go through everything , so I better try

Just looked similar to some fungal problem an old rose had.

Maybe @GHO may know?

There would be no harm in spraying the previous mentioned anyway. Just give it a go.

If you knew my mind and how it worked you'd be even more confused I confuse myself at times
