Is Expert Gardener fertilizer okay to use?

I started using this fertilizer because it's the only thing I had and had to cut back because I noticed the tips starting to yellow. After a good flush about a week back it seems like my plant is back to normal. I'm still using molasses and worm castings but am unsure about the expert gardener fertilizer.
