Invisible quick q... These are 60w boards... Is the price with a driver to use at full power? Can the frames be slightly altered... Ie more like mine?

my panels, driver and other bits turned up today. Just gotta make my frame tomorrow and put it all together

It's a good way of purchasing them, as long as you have the tools and the skills.
I have neither and would buy the off the shelf version. :(
