Invisible Sun LED - Warranties and Repairs

Invisible Sun LED have always and will always supply a 3 year warranty with all Led fixtures except the supplement range which comes with 1 year warranty.

What does warranty cover ?

Warranty claims can be used against any fault developed on the fixtures within the 3 year period from purchase. These are faults which occur via a failure on the fixture. This could be an led has blown, a connector damaged , driver or dimmer failure, IP connector failure or any component not working as it should.

As a customer you are entitled to have your fixture repaired or replaced within the 3 year warranty time frame


How to make a claim ?


To make a claim all you need to do is contact us through our official channels, email us at enquiry@invisiblesunled.co.uk
Supply your order number, contact details, description of the issue and photo/video where required.

If the fault has developed within 3 months of purchase we will arrange parcel force to collect the fixture, repair or replace it and then ship it back to you.

If the fault has developed after 3 months of use, we will require the buyer to post the fixture to us for inspection and subsequently repair or replacement, We will then cover the cost of returning the fixture to you.

Is damage covered by warranty?

Unfortunately, damage caused by miss use, accidental means, or lack of care is not covered under warranty. Examples of this are below

Smashed LED
Water damaged LED
Dented drivers.

The above reasons are pretty self explanatory, but this doesn't mean we can't fix your fixture if you are experiencing any of these issues. We understand people drop or spill things, accidents happen.

Smashed LED are easily replaced however there would be a charge for the components , these charges are listed below.

White Evo LED £0.20P each
V3 Red's £1.50p each
Far Red £1.20p each
Royal Blue £1 each

Replacing damaged drivers is also possible

Fahold 240w drivers £54.95

If your fixture is out of warranty (over 3 years old) or you have accidentally damaged it due to any reason. Please contact us to arrange repair. Most of the time the cost of shipping the fixture will be more than the actual repair of the LED.

Driver warranty

Although we supply a 3 year warranty on our fixtures, we supply a 5 year warranty on our fahold drivers.

If your driver fails we will replace like for like, you just need to raise a warranty claim with us via the official channel and get the fixture to us.

Damaged / dented drivers do not qualify for warranty and you would be referred to the cost of replacing the driver if this was the issue
