Weird discolouration
Hi!
A bit of an indoor newbie here. I am growing in a hydroponic ebb and flow set up. She is growing fast and looks healthy... However I see there are 2 discolourations on one leaf and google is not helping. Please help. Here is my details
Strain: feminized lemon kush headband
She is 19 days old from seed
Ebb and flow floods 3 times a day.
Light: 400w HPS duel spectrum at 50cm (20in) above the plant. 18/6
Nutes: general hydroponics flora series at seedling strength. Changed reservoir 4 days ago. Res temp 16 to 18 celcius.
Ppm: 200
EC 0.4
TEMP: lights on 24 to 28 celcius (75f-82f) lights off 20 to 23 celcius
RH 57 to 65%
Using phed tap water to mix (EC 0.065 ppm 80)
Any ideas? The discolouration does not go to the back of the leaf. Only surface and is only on 2 fingers of my second true leaves. Has not spead or worsened in 2 days
Thank you!!!

Re: Weird discolouration
I see no problem mate.... those 2 tiny weenie spots could just be water splash.
Keep an eye on it but dont stress too much. If it gets worse then post updated pics and im sure some1 will help out.

Re: Weird discolouration
I agree Glynne I see no problems here whatsoever, atm moment but I would advise at this stage and throughout veg to get some root stimulant flowing through the res dude
Just my thoughts, but they are fine as we stand
No panic

Re: Weird discolouration
If using root stim I recommend CX regenaroot for hydro.
The quieter you become, the more you are able to hear.

I agree Nanook. I recently switched a room over to the CX range and have zero complaints whatsoever so far

Re: Weird discolouration
Thanks all! Ive been looking for the same or similar product in my country.... We have nothing for hydroponics. To import will cost a small fortune. Managed to get hold of a gent who sells trichoderma, bacillius and Mycorrhizia. Will meet with him today and see what's best. Appreciate the advice!

Re: Weird discolouration
be careful with hydro and organic additives - I have found mineral based seem far better - less/no issues with root infections :)
