Rinse coco before using it ?

Post by Gward20 »

I’m gonna pot my seeds into their final pots this week (7.5l) using canna coco. Should I rinse it with a light nutrient mix or water before I use it or is it ok to use out of the bag ? Thanks

Hey buddy,

No need to rinse high quality Coco like Canna Professional and Gold Label. They run a tight ship and both are very high quality and have a very low EC out of the bag. Gold Label is a bit cleaner than canna but the difference is negligible.

Brilliant! Saves me a few hours. When I transplant do you think I should just stick to the rhiz, a + b or use the voodoo juice and solar green ?

I always wash my coco! Made that mistake once and lost all my seedlings

Until they recover don't use the solar power green but you can put some voodoo in if you like mate.
