Its hard to see in these pics but there has been a lot of yellowing on the lower fan leaves (now removed), upper leaves are very pale and the last girl is particularly droopy and clawed.
Im hoping this is just from the shock of no water and they should be ok :/
Are these normal sizes for 4 weeks into veg? There is so much variation in the grow diaries iv been looking at and not many people actually put dates/ages of the plants there.

I personally would add charge and RAW stuff pictured below. I think LED's are too pwoerful for small plants. Can you turn it down at all?

Re: New Noob 4x4 Setup
I had this with some B&Q soil I bought recently, it was garbage stuff, i had to pull a lot of soil cutting I had on the go for a breeding programme.
it is also too early to pot up -the root ball isn't developed enough for the pot up, but it wont make them go like this.
it looks like you aren't giving them a wet/dry cycle, and are over watering them. its easy done, we ve all been there.
When you water them make sure everything is soaked, then leave it.
next time you think they need watering, lift the pot and see how heavy it is, it needs to be light.
or stick a finger into the soil about 6 inches from the plant, and if your finger comes out tdry its needin watered, if it comes out with soil attached, it doesn't - its not rocket science, but it works.
Hows the root temps too, maybe they too cold?

Re: New Noob 4x4 Setup
I'd say they're hooking and looking a little worse for wear because of the lack of water as the OP said. It can really kick a plants arse and cause all sorts of issues due to root damage etc. My advise would be to give them a light feed often and maybe even a foliar feed with some formulex or something to put a foot up in their arse :) keep the light high too as Nanook said until they pick up a bit. good luck dude!

Re: New Noob 4x4 Setup
Sorry its been a while and my girls have all grown up.
Biobuzz allmix soil, 25L fabric pots, using biobuzz nutes according to their feeding shedule with some calmag.
540W invisible sun LED @25 inches full power.
They are drinking about 2L per day now.
17 days since I flipped to 12/12 so thinking about defoliation now and of course check for hermi.
One is showing signs of Nitrogen deficiency but It doesnt seem to improve no matter how much I give her. Might give her an early flush incase it is a salt buildup.
She is here:
The rest of them showing early buds:
Will this be larf? Should I cut it out now? Have a few like this:
