Sorry to interupt your technical conversation.

But I find there is a lot of morning dew on the tips of the leaves in the morning, should these be wiped off before the lights come on again?

worm humus in coco? Why did you add that?

er, thats really not a good idea, coco is a hydroponic growth method, and you are mixing organic soil additive with non organic coco? .
Worm humus is meant for use with soil, to break down bacteria in the soil, it will do nothing good in coco.

thats just piss poor advice. whoever gave you it- dont ask them for advice again, they clearly dont have a clue.
Erm, folks have been using castings in coco for donkeys, no issues. Think there's a couple of folks on here and the other places that use it to no ill effect.

Also good to use castings as a tea drench.

10% ain't gonna rock the boat and should help with a bit of cation exchange.

His plants look sound, bar a few growing pains.

I agree worm castings should be used more, don't go putting people off using them. Aloe concentrate is good for bugs in your soil/medium. Or neem cake added to soil (I'd never use any spray/oil)

If I don't get bugs on my organic grows I starty getting worried

Yeah, i agree worm castings should be used more-in soil. each to thier own, i would never use organics in coco personally, i think its pointless- its a hydroponic medium, but if your happy, then crack on. Dont let me stop you.

Not that im planning using coco ever again, i hate it.........
WOuld be a pretty boring world if we all agreed on everything eh? :bye:

more questions for you pro's

plant is now 28 days from germination

I need to LST and add a net as my space is limited (60x60x140)
Canna say I should go into the 2nd veg state and switch lights to 12/12 - not sure on this? sounds like veg 2 is early flowering?
based on the height of my tent, and that I need to keep the lights 30cm from the plant. I can only grow to approx 110cm - taking of 20 cm for medium, leaves me with 90cm total plant height. According to the videos the plant doubles in height during flowering, so I should stay in veg until my plant is roughly 40-45cm?

Also should I defoliate the leaves at the bottom, that don't get light? ALso, a few user damaged leaves near the bottom, can they go?

thanks all
