As a newbie to any training techniques, I was hesitant to even try LST incase I broke the plant..but Im so glad I did on my last grow..no topping, just straight LST with the bendy wires..deffo needed some bamboo sticks to support the sativa! So if you're a newbie, give it a go, pretty easy..and you'll end up with more bud :)
