they are starting to take off now, noticing new growth every time I go into them.

Feed them and also increase the distance from the light and give them a good foliar feed with the same solution. Wait for them to dry out and move the light back down close to them.
I made the solution up last night and foliar sprayed them at 12 so they would dry out over night in time for me to put the light back down. And then fed them this morning same solution. I didn’t even have to ph it mate, after I added everything it was sitting at 6.0 
ec came in at 0.9

just had a wee peak on them there they are looking nice and healthy, will upload pics for u in the morning. Hope you have a chilled Saturday night mate 
and I didn’t have to use ph or anything, solution is sitting at 6.0 after adding everything love that lol will get the pics up after I feed them here mate for you
