I regret not starting a grow diary sooner but its better late than never.
My plant was planted on the 14th of July making it currently 5 weeks old! Im really pleased with how my first grow is growing
My set up includes:
-an oversized 56lt/16gal fabric pot (im gonna use a smaller one next time 5 gal)
-light reflecting sheets on walls
-a basic small fan
- an electrical plug timer for my light. (currently 20/4 cycle)
- the light im using is a Phlizon 1200W Double Switch Series Plant LED Grow Light (Actual Power 250watt)
-im also using a small tomato cage to use as support and for some easy lst
Soil and nutrition:
Im using jacks magic compost as its always worked well for me in the garden however it is a little hydrophobic until its initial first few waters
Im using a biobizz trial set for my nutrition. I use the downloadable feeding schedule from there website to mix up my feed but iv only beem giving half the recommend amount as im scared of over fertilising.
Current status:
My plants doing well so far, its looking a little sad due to being over watered while i was on a trip to the Netherlands but it seems to be very resilient. Iv also done a tiny bit of light defoilaging on the bottom fan leafs that weren't getting any light so it was just wasted energy. I previously had a pest problem but i conquered that organically with help from some ladybugs
