Time to stick one in the dirt.

Post by Marcus »

:idn:

I have 10 reg seeds swimming (3 in another glass as they're another strain I want to germ test as they look like orange pips, so they may well be orange pips knowing me). They're unknown territory, I've not run them yet but were a cross I did a couple of years ago... Hopefully they're a 10 week sativa type thing. :idn: It's fun venturing into the unknown though. :i agree:

My cloner is clean and ready to be used as a prop...

Image

I'm using this wool compost for seeds...

Image

Bit gritty, holds water well though so we shall see. Better structure than batmix when wet though.

Ferts will be these...

Image

The mud I'm using for final pots will be one of them wool composts for veggies/tomatoes and some homemade worm poop.

:idn:

It might all go tits up, but at least I tried.

:thanks:

Oooh yeah, 11L pots - quite big for Marcus, he likes his 5L pots for mud, but I'm going up in the world. :morning:

Light will be T5 for veg and 315CMH again, red spec for flower. Water out the tap. Run off down the bog.

:bye: See you in a week or so.

Nice one FX! Hope your toms do well this year then. :oik!:

The write up on the 'woolmud' sounded too good to be true.
I needed to try it with dope for a giggle.

I'm also in a new environment when I move, so this is a good trial run to see how everything works together.

They may all be dead in a few weeks. :suicide:

I'm doing a similar soil grow with almost the same non canna branded nutrients as you are using with 5l soil (black magic I think it's called).

Can't argue with the 'back to basics' results so far....

Best of luck to you buddy!

Nice one Flip! :oik!: Keep it simple seems to work for me.

If she's green I feed her, dark green I stop feeding her and light green I give her an extra portion. Can't go far wrong really.

 Unless you're me.

Nice one Keeno!

Yeah the cloner man, I use it for starting seedlings too. It really is a handy bit of kit.

I hope these plants stay short like their mom. :bang head:

Beans in the dirt and it looks like we have guests. :bang head:

I'll let these crack and then dry out, should knock any fungus the bogey gnats back a bit.

But it looks like I'll be making pots up for each stage as soon as the tent is up and also letting all them dry out... Gosh darn it mother nature. :bang head:
