well shes been chopped, not the biggest harvest but smells very nice and earthy but sweet kinda thing :idn:

I've been looking at cold curing. I defo get my best results when cold drying and curing but never done the actual fridge. B & Q have a decent sized mini fridge on offer atm, I may bite the bullet and try it.

it gives a very smooth smoke
