Day 46

Tidied up around the bottom and removed some leaves from the top. Didn't want to remove to many but enough to try battle my high humidity.

Was at 88% when I opened the tent today and about 28c. Hot and humid.

Dosent seem to be causing me any problems yet but want to eradicate the isuue before it turns into a problem! My dehumidifier is sh*! to say the least, taking in water but it's not proving much use at the moment, waste of electricity. ImageImageImageImageImage

Day 49

Everything looking good.

My only issue is humidity. I cant seem to get it lower than 80. Think I may add a floor fan into the tent and try get some more air flowing. It immediately starts to go down when I open up my tent so my guess is it has to be a lack of fresh air coming in.

Going to see what I can do today.

Just going to start updating weekly now as there's not much happening day to day now.

Will just continue feeding 2ml/L A+B now. Seems to be doing just fine with that. Will change accordingly.

Until next week! ImageImage

Day 56
Day 19 of flower (I think)

She's coming on pretty good. Humidity still sky high. Went back to work yesterday so going to buy a tower fan to increase airflow and try fix this.

Packing on some frost already.

Sticking with the 2ml/L for now.

No problems thus far. Long may it continue, if I get my humidity sorted out I might just have some nice bud to smoke!

Probably take some better pics tomorrow. ImageImageImageImage

She's a bit messy. Should I defoliate or just leave it? ImageImage

Now this is a talking point to defoil autos or not?? Personally I would take away any leaves that are covering bud sites just to give them more light, saying that I would only do it 3-4 weeks into flower latest. That's only my way others will have thier own methods

But she looking like a sexy lady
I think most top budsites are visible at the moment. I just don't want to go mad and start taking leafs willy nilly but I think It will help with my humidity if I gave her a haircut.

Just don't want to mess anything up.

Thinking I better wait for my other fan to arrive and see if it makes much difference to the humidity.

If not think I'm going to have to bite the bullet and defoliate.

Quick update:

Changed my light cycle to 20/4 yesterday and noticed quite a difference in the rate of growth.

Just read that it is a class 4 plant which means it only needs to sleep when flowering. It certainly seems to be doing a much better job after 2 periods of darkness so far. Wish I changed over to 20/4 sooner!

Lesson learned!

When I grew auto's I'd only cut what I couldn't tuck, but like Eli says there's more than one way to skin a cat. What extraction are you running in the tent? When the humidity is high turn it up and move that air, a small dehumidifier might help aswel if you need it later

I'm not running any extraction literally got 1 fan blowing and another on the way to blow air up from the bottom. Running a really basic set up. Ive got a dehumidifier running 24/7 aswell and it takes the water out of the air pretty well. It's never wet in my tent but humid still a bit high. My vent holes are open and I think another fan will take me down to the sweet spot. Had really humid weather recently which hasn't helped. Best I can do besides that at the moment is open the tent frequently and let some fresh air in.
