Week 9 (day 57) Last couple of waterings (plain water) this week and they are getting chopped at the weekend. Pretty happy with this run in the end, yield looks ok just the cheese has some white hairs but the rest is nicely mature. Gonna do a smoke report after everything has been hung to dry.
