24hr light encourages smaller plants and tighter node spacing. if ya not saving money by running 24/7 id highly recommend a dark period buddy TBF even if it costs more i think youll be better of with a dark period (my personal opinion that any plant is gonna need some rest) but i think the ratio to return at 24/0 was lower than at 18/6 but greater than 12/12.... ill dig about for a reference
