Checked under leaves today and i couldn`t find any alive. But i used the systemic mite spray called Killermite although its not to be used in bloom its nasty nuke em all type stuff, but i can`t be arsed faffing around fighting bugs constantly hence why i used it.





The bombs i ordered are these. but im removing plants firstly i just wanna make sure theirs no sneaky mites hiding behind summink lol.

Thanks for those, I've previously tried the canna cure spray being 'organic' but it didn't control them that well and at the time it was week 5 flower with a heavy infestation. Your stuff is hardcore! Nice to know there's a last resort if the predator mites don't clear it up.

Yes i did think you wouldn`t be too keen on the Killermite stuff, its pretty potent stuff for sure. My take on it is if used in veg plant has plenty of time to rid itself of toxins. But knowing you organic type growers that's not good enough

True story, but that said I've recently learnt the lesson that if you are going to grow organic them you have to have your integrated pest management system on point.

I was a lazy f*cker and didn't tidy a very cramped loft space up and the mites took over (took them two full runs to show mind).

After losing 6 more seedlings of my new cross, three Sensi Star from the shop and four Sunshine Daydream I was ready to reach for anything. Your deadly stuff seemed very appealing.

Tents bleached, all old soil removed from the loft and a shit ton if predator mites on the way should do the trick. Plus a weekly spray (when I've actually frikin' grown something) with soluble neem is the plan.

If that fails I'm following you with the nuclear treatment!

I would have thought a weekly spray with neem would kill off predator mites too ? Well i would say it will do myself, cus it will just fuck their heads up like it does with mites. But those predator mites problem i have is if you got shit loads of mites reproducing faster than they can eat the little bastards your still up shit creak. I used to bomb my grow area after every grow to keep bugs out for some reason i just stopped doing it, lesson learned i suppose hey.

You are right, neem will affect the predator mites, but in this case I'm using them outside and inside the tent before anything gets grown in there as a sacrificial clear up tool.

The problem I had was having a bunch 9 x 13ltr pots of recycled soil that got populated with the mites while the seedlings were growing. Combined with some really odd soil aphid critters in the soil (bad batch of worm casings) it was logical to ditch the whole lot and start from scratch.

It was supposed to be a big oheno hunt of reg seeds, so I didn't get a chance to grow or smoke anything and I've been staring at two empty tents for a couple of weeks now while everything gets blitzed.

I've gotta a few sunshine daydream seeds f3 or f4 regs straight copies of the Bodhi beans so they should be good stock, if your wanting 5 or 6 i can send ya them out back end of next week. I also got some more super sexy fave strain type regs which are straight up f3 or f4 reg copies of the Whitefire by O G Rascal and i may have some more of the Bodhi strains that were copied, i think i may also have copies the Wookie f4 by Bodhi lying, well they are all in my keeper tin, but if your interested in some tozzing reg strains you wanna to grow some out your more than welcome and ill get some out to ya if you want.

Picked up NL2 from Todd McCormick the other week, plus some Deep Line Alchemy cross from Bodhi using rare Iraqi lines and other hashplants. Desperate to run those but only when the living soil growing is on point.

I just got me another bluetooth toy for grow room so i can keep eye on things like temps, rh and vpd 24/7. I`m well happy with this cus i got me 2 for under a fiver. That said its ok monitoring shit but i doubt ill try to dial things in too much, I've always took the " if plants look ok jobs a good en" approach with growing. But for price i thought why not and if i ever do feel the need to smarten my environment up cus its way out of chi then i can check shit out and get on it, but this used alongside other bluetooth VegTrug grow medium monitor it should make things easier. But hey im a lazy git, just cool bits of kit that was cheap and it should help keep shit rocking along nicely in room

According this VPD seems a bit high, it should be closer 1 -1.5 in ideal world but hey its still in parameters just about, which works for me.

So i think i may have tempted fate here ffs. I saw these pictures other day when i posted and thought they looked a wee bit dodgy (mite style) anyhow i went in room got spy glass out and started checking under leaves, Sure enough what did i see.....fucking spider mites. Anyhow i ordered some mite killer and smoke bombs, so today mite spray landed and i treated the plants and as soon as bombs arrive I'll take plants out turn everything off in room and bomb it and let it be a few hours before turning shit back on. I`m just glad i caught them now in veg.



Bloody sods law that is for sure, as soon as we bring subject up it only bastard occurs. All good fun i suppose hey TT.

Yes for sure it is, i just got myself a big ass 6ltr smart humidifier so i can get the VPD bang on in area. See if that improves yields a little if what I've been reading is correct it might just do so, that aside if it improves plants overall vigour ill be happy. Anyhow only time will tell. Cheers bud.
