Thanks for the link flip still a bit confused but i need to learn this as my tent is only 1.4 metes high
sounds a bit like topping but you dont take all of it off

After moving to the loft grow, I feel like I finally have control of the environment and the plants are looking better for it.
Tent is now covered in old blankets and I brought a £3 exhaust from Screwfix to feed the warm air out from the extract back into the tent (with some passive fresh air in coming from vents). This has resulted in a stabilization of the colder night temps to ~22oC (from ~15oC), whilst also maintaining day temps at a nice level.

The leaves look a bit washed out in this photo but they are a lovely green in real life.
