Heads all over the shop, fluffy stinky plants, you know it makes sense. Got a good feeling about this Mr Gamgee.

Re: Samwise does Humboldt Green Crack
Evening Folks,
So its been a busy week in the Shire, Monday night I spent a couple of hours with the plants, lollypopping all the bottom growth, that wont make the canopy, also I got rid of any leaves that wont get any light. I am usually pretty harsh when I do this, this is for a couple of reasons, mainly as it saves the plant using energy on flowers that will only be big enough to go in the trim bag, and the other is it really helps to keep the air flow up, and the humidity down in flower. I have put an upskirt picture below to show you how much growth I got rid off. I then staked them up for extra support in flower.
Today is res change day in the Shire, and I have now changed over to Ionic Hydro Hardwater Bloom nutes. I have mixed up 50 litre in the res as below:
Base EC = 0.6
EC = 1.2
Ph = 6.2
65ml Ionic HW Bloom
25ml PK 4/10 Hammerhead
10ml Liquid Silicon
I have also got another 30 litres in my mixing container ready, as last week I had to add an extra 20 litres to the reservoir, proper hungry little fooker these :)
So here is a picture of their undercrackers, and the lovely colourful pipe cleaners :)

Downhill to the weekend folks, whoop whoop!

Cheers for looking in fella, the Gavita is currently set to 502w :)

Re: Samwise does Humboldt Green Crack
Little steps fella, I didnt buy all the kit at once I done it over about a year, with the money I saved from buying shit weed.
An auto feed system really helps if your short of time, recirculating is good as it saves money.
If you are looking at a auto feeding system similar to mine where you have a reservoir, the BlueLab Guardian is well worth the money, as it saves you having to check the EC/PH daily, and you can just see at a glance.
TBH the Gavita master controller is over kill for a tent my size, as its designed more for commercial growers as you attach 20 ballasts to it,
The Gavita is a great lamp fella, even at 400w I would say its on par with other 750w hps bulbs, the results I have seen show even at 500w it will more than equal more powerful setups.
Have a good one fella :)

Re: Samwise does Humboldt Green Crack
Yeah as sam says, and it becomes an obsession in my eyes :)
The gardian ( or similar ) are so so so handy - just dont get a tri-meter as the ballasts mess up readings, the same with cheap chinese ones. You get what you pay for.

The quieter you become, the more you are able to hear.
