Avenger adjust a wing advice.

Hey does anyone have any experience with these adjust a wings? Just wondering how I should have it set.

Atm I have the bulb in highest setting so it's close to the shade and the shade opened wide

I feel I'm loosing light off the walls by having it wide open? Avenger wing side is nice and even but slightly bigger buds Euroflector side.

Online sites are saying its to mimic the seasons with openening and closing but that seems to be the only case with big rooms not in a 1.2m tent.

Kinda confussed on what the bulb raising and lower the bulb under the shade does tbh lol.

Thoughts... And any info on this would be muchly appreciated! Thanks!

ive used these for years, they are great shades.
i start with the cord at its tightest, if that makes sense, light reflector at its narrowest in veg, then i open it out to the 3rd notch in bloom, after a few weeks. i used to lift the light thingy up and down but noticed zero, point zero difference.

and im lazy so i dont bother my arse any more to be honest, i just sit it at the halfway point. and dont use the deflectors things, they just block the light.

What size tent would that be in mate?
Just thinking that alot of light is getting wasted on wide settings due to more light hitting the walls lol

Cheers man so Il just lower the position of my bulb abit then mate thanks. Out of curiosity what distance did you aim for with the 600w I got mine at 18inch. Cheers
