How to add hours of light
Hi guys, actually i'm growing Autoflowering Green Gelato auto outdoor in my balcony which gets more or less 8 and half hour of direct sunlight a day, from 10 am to 18:30 p.m. I read that the best amount of light for big yields is between 10 and 12 hours but for me at the moment is impossible to get the amount naturally. So i'd like to ask if is possible to add leds on top of plants ventilated with a fan for another 4-6 hours in order to get the best amount and if so what kind of light buy (the plants are 10 days olds). In alternative if a budget greenhouse (around 100 euros) can be a good idea. Have a nice day :)

Re: How to add hours of light
Hi mate, and welcome to the groom.
Autos need as much light as possible. I've never heard of them needing between 10 and 12 hours. I normally grow 24, and at minimum, 18 hours a day.

I agree with 18 hours, but they will still grow under 12, just smaller.
The quieter you become, the more you are able to hear.
