up feed , try 1.0 let ph drift 5.6-6.2 give her a few days , also add the calmag right in res and voila


what are your water temps ? you want that 18/19 deg , above that pythium may come to haunt you

Hey thanks for replies.

Not managed to take light off pics as yet but I will read up again and check the nute amounts.

I did feed 10ml each of the Flora Trio on last feed and water change which was yesterday.

If it's the feed if expect both to be unhappy.

Only difference is where I fooked up with the tilted light like a muppet.

Roots much more filled out on left plant but its quite short but looks really well to me.

I'll check water temp too. Ph was 6.2 after water change and feed.

I did under feed them on purpose as they were so young and I'm new to hydro but maybe more than I realised.

I've reread the recommendations and pretty much doubled the nutes which is still I beleive slightly less than recommended.

Totals now are 20 Micro and about 17 of other two.

I've literally just realised I can't add up. Total brain fart.


Micro 1.2ml x 40L = 48ml and I've added 20ml total.
Gro 1.8ml x 40L = 72ml and I've added 17ml total.
Bloom 0.6ml x 40L = 24ml and I've added 17ml total.

I'll add more tomorrow. Work this out properly. Ffs.

why micro gro and bloom ? , usually micro + gro or bloom but not all three ??? is that what is required , usually they are put in equal amounts too .
