Either or will be fine mate good results to be had in both cases, if you use coco make sure you use coco nutrients. Have you grown before?

I’m not in a Wilma but I’m using good label 60/40 for me I flush it before I use it to be sure the ec and ph are where I want it to be.
Where the salts go, the water will follow

I'd go coco personally. If you have any issues along the way it's a bit more forgiving, if a pump fails ut will last a lot longer.

Out of interest you could use either coco 60/40 clay balls or just go straight coco in the wilma.
