Is there a tutorial step by step how to get your first grow up and running on here? This would be really helpful furthermore how many times a day is recommended to water a plant (any strain)

The watering will depend on your grow medium, are you talking about soil or coco? Loads of great articles and advice on here, someone is usually in chat as well

Not very powerful but ok for 1 plant or 2 small ones. Depends what your wanting to grow i suppose. These guys do real cracking led grow lights. But he`s doing a clearance sale atmo, check out this thread and if ya got the cash maybe look at at the 240f bar which i think has a slightly better umol rating than one above. But this guy uses some best led chips around, the Samsung LM301H chips are right up their with best around if not best from what i get reading around the net. But I'm pretty sure all his led chips used are Samsung but the LM301H well i think these are rated around 2.7. Just pop him a pm on here if ya interested. viewtopic.php?f=68&t=18445
