I've been growing many years and done a similar thing too. I've had an issue in one of my tents for a while now. I could see that it's a P and Ca Def so been playing with ratios and all sorts. At the same time I bought an expensive PH meter that can measure media and water. I've been watching the water but not the media. Normally I would do slurry tests periodically but I've been slack since I got this meter.

Last night for the first time in about 3 months decided to check the media and .... Yup the Coco was reading 5.3 on the not so bad ones and 4.9 on the worst affected. One of those moments when you want to kick yourself in the arse.

Easy mistake to make buddy. Sometimes we spend too much time worrying about the technical crap but forget the fundamentals :)

Bit too much going on over Christmas. Back to normal now.
