Re: Constant deficiency problem
il get some epsom salts tomoz cheers palMarcus wrote:Looks like a Mag def that.
Epsom salts soil drench weekly.
Bin the calmag.
EDIT - I have a tub of this... https://elixirgardensupplies.co.uk/prod ... ath-salts/ 10kg was £12 I think.
I used to add it to my plants under LEDs in early flower. I don;t think you can OD a plant on it, but I gave the soil a good run through when they started lightening up.
HAven;t even made a dent in the tub, lasts forever.

Re: Constant deficiency problem
cal and mg like to bind together , in coco the calmag ions can remain suspended in the coco particles and be unavailable . Im not a chemist but thats the gist of it .Nastyhabitz_ wrote:Do you know why i would be having mag defiency if my ph is 6.0 and im adding calmag? like marcus said , give her an epsom salt in feed , it will reset the coco if not . A pure calmag only rinse can rebuffer the medium
Your water maybe to blame here

Re: Constant deficiency problem
how often are ewe watering the dope / at what pot weight ? are they cold at any point ? also upping the ferts to 1.4 mite be a little harsh !!!! i grow with very soft water E.C dont even registrar on my truncheon !!! im guessing its about 0.1 ive no need for anything apart from base ferts + a dash of PK 14/15
ETA. cal mag is simply not needed at all + i`ll stand on that.

I feed once the pot is light. Which has been taking a week for them too dry out. There not drinking like they should because of the issues with the plant. Re: Constant deficiency problem
watering too much at once , a good aim is a two day window when young , let top get a tad flakey then some more .Nastyhabitz_ wrote:I feed once the pot is light. usually but not always , when roots pop out bottom ,750ml-1L every 2nd-3rd day will do the trick .
