Smell Proof Bags / Duffles etc - recommendations?

Post by wutang »

Morning all

It has been an old time search of mine online before I joined here. As I have to carry the chop from the shed to home, apart from the ZipZag bags or whatever they're called, is anyone aware of any large smell proof duffle bags or something similar to transport harvest in?

Cheers
Wu

If i was doing that i'd probably take a multi faceted approach since I'm a bit paranoid about these kind of situations. I'd go plastic bucket with lid, taped, in a bin bag in a bin bag in a bin bag in a box and moved quickly and quitely in the small hours or same thing in the middle of the day whilst making loads of natural noise, lawn mower, tidying shed etc and just do it like it's nothing. Probs plenty of other ways though

The brand of bag called "smelly proof bags" are spot on. I stored trim or even bud for long periods in them without any smell leaks. Can be heat sealed to.

I always use good old "oven bags" as smell proof solution (zip lock inside a tide oven bag). They come in all sizes up to one big enough for a Turkey...or a Christmas Goose if your in Victorian England haha. They are cheap and easy to get hold of in a pinch, probably why I tend to use them.
