I wish I could help but (any advice would not be from experience so) gonna shut up and watch with interest as others chime in.

They don't look like moths to me. I wasn't even aware moths attacked plants.

Maybe try just plain old Sevin Powder ? Since your not flowering Sevin Powder is fairly safe and kills a lot of bugs.

The other day when I was high I solved one of the world's greatest problems.
Unfortunately five minutes later I forgot what I was doing.

I'm not sure that's moth damage, the only problems I have with moths outside is them laying eggs in the under side of the leaves that lead into bud worms. Either way insecticide up until first week or 2 of flower for me, outdoors anyways.

Get something with pyrethrum 5EC or something containing pyrethrins. Not sure what's available stateside. Those caterpillars may be having a munch on your plants but it looks like you may have leaf miners too. Pyrethrins will kick all their arses :) If you get the concerntrate, put a little bit of biodegradable soap and used distilled water to help with coverage.
