Watsup growroom
I'm running a couple franco's in coco and everything has been smooth sailing up until now.
I believe this tip burn was caused by adding bloom booster too soon but I need a confirmation
Runoff coming out is much lower than going in
I started at 0.5 ml/G when pistils started to pop, so maybe 2 weeks of 12/12. And 10 days later increased it to 1 ml/G
For you coco growers that ran the franco, when did you start adding in your pk boost? Thanks
Mine is liquid kool bloom from GH, npk of 0/10/10

Re: Calling all Franco Lemon Cheese past growers
From the sounds of it they're not overly sensitive to pk then... Did you lower your bloom ferts while running pk gmo?GMO wrote:i use pk 13/14 from flip usually. i dont often seen any burn extra but i only ran them twice and i used alot more PK iirc

And also, what's your take on the yellow tips? I hate having any kind of issue especially in the critical stages of flower

Re: Calling all Franco Lemon Cheese past growers
I use canna coco so it's the same base nutrients but with the addition of PK.
If your running a bloom ratio feed maybe it's not needing any PK boost?

Hmm, you may be right. I'm using gh 3 part, pretty much cut out grow and am only using micro and bloom to go with the pk boostGMO wrote:I use canna coco so it's the same base nutrients but with the addition of PK.

Npk of micro is 5-0-1
Npk of bloom is 0-5-4
Below is a picture of the exact nute schedule I'm following, minus the sm90 and peroxide
I used it as a base reference with great results up until this point
Right now I'm following the early bloom/2 weeks row
I'm on RO water btw, so EC is exact same as chart after mixing
What do you think of these numbers?
Sry about the ml/G, I know you guys go by ml/L

Re: Calling all Franco Lemon Cheese past growers
The gro is 5-6-0???
I dont think the feed chart numbers are bad at all, just that there are alot of bottle pre mix for my liking
And I ain't got a problem with gallons really, it's just when we say 1ml per litre that like awkward as fuck for people your side it all lol
I cant really say much dude. Being RO water and alot of nutrient I dont use, it's kinda tricky to say what exactly to do. I'd personally if using a bloom fert or bloom ratio not worry about a PK boost as I use PK to create a bloom ration. Maybe just drop the boost out and raise base?

Nah, the grow is 2-1-6. Still a weird ratio...GMO wrote:The gro is 5-6-0???

Honestly I wouldn't be using gh 3 part but I already had it from my dwc days so figured why not.
The silica and humic acid don't raise EC much, more or less in theory replacing what they would be getting in soil anyways. Once again, already had this stuff lying around.
I think on my next grow I'll stick with just the 3 part and see what happens, compare to the results of the full line. I'll be running franco's again with same lights, etc.
If there's no improvement in a couple days though I'll drop the pk and just up the base as you stated
Thanks again bro

Re: Calling all Franco Lemon Cheese past growers
Hey gmo, hasn't gotten worse but to be safe I'm gonna dillute my rez down to about 0.7 and do a mini flush, then mix a fresh batch with only .5 ml/g of the pk
Also gonna lower the cal-mag. They don't look hungry at all so better safe than sry I guess
