Hello there, fellow growers and cannabis enthusiasts! My name is Dank-Bone (or just Bone). I'm a medicinal cannabis patient in the state of California, United States. I currently use cannabis for muscular therapy and treating depression. I've been doing so for around 8 years now and it has worked wonders for me!

My first cannabis grow season was approx. 2 and a half years ago. I would post pictures, but I have lost the phone hosting the photos since then :/.

At the time, I was growing with a 400W HPS light, I picked up with a batch of 1000W HPS I bought years back. I grew 1x Nitro Cookies(clone), 1x Kosher Kush(clone), and 1x Hash Plant(seed) in a 2x2x6 closet space. Never realized how much growing with a ballast was going to cost me over a 4 month timespan but boy, it was not cheap. Luckily, the yield did not suffer and the quality was optimal. After that, I opted to grow outdoors as I was looking to produce higher yields.

There were a couple other plants that I grew between that point, 2 years ago, and now. But as I've lost them in the haze of a fast-paced and blurry life, will only be able to show pictures of my most recent outdoor grow.







So as a VERY general approximation, I'd say I'm about 6 harvests deep in my lifetime. Not too much experience, not too little.

I am currently, in the midst of setting up a perpetual harvest schedule utilizing x2 2x2x4 grow tents(have 1, waiting to purchase the other) I purchased from Wish and Ebay.(Cheaper; quality didn't lack despite price.) I am looking to have my flower tent hold a 600W LED, with no more than 4 plants at a time in it. Hopefully establish a nice sea of green, and if I have the time, screen of green. As far as the veg tent, it will hold a 200W UFO Led along with 2 60W CFL. I will carry as many babies/teens as I see fit in there.

As I am going to be both propogating clones and popping beans in the veg tent, I'm hoping to be able to pull plants from the veg tent, and transition them outside or into the flowering tent depending on the time of the year. And ideally, I will be set up with a perpetual harvest cycle between the plants outside, in the flower tent, and those nearing maturity in the veg tent.

So that's pretty much a little rundown of what I've had/currently have going on! I'm excited to have found a new cannabis forum with a nice sleek design and am looking forward to starting up my journal on here. Cheers all! :D

Please read the Forum Rules and take a look that we have Very Strict 10 plant maximum rule. I will be looking forward to see your indoors grow. What 600w LED are you planning to use?

To the naked eye, I will definitely keep under 10! But my script allows me to have more x'). Wouldn't want more than 10 anyways, planning on having x4 in flower tent and nothing more than like x6 inside the veg tent, would definitely get tedious and crowded if I allowed more. :P

As far as the light is concerned, I'm using a MarsHydro knockoff. As I don't want to plug where it isn't warranted, the manufacturer will remain withheld. Honestly running it as a test to test how far 80$ can stretch in trying to set up a legit budget grow.

I've used MarsHydro on my first grow and their Mars II 900w Light which was actually drawing 450 true watts from the wall. Great light but it died couple of months after warranty run out.

Oh man! Will definitely keep an eye out on my current one, noticed a flickering when I did my last watering... Hmmm... Not gonna trip too much if it dies out, as I have 400W-1000W HPS kits as well.

I love the 600w hps. I find them most light efficient and easy to get gram per watt from them.

It would be nice to test one of my 600W out. I've only done a 400W HPS indoor before and even that impressed me with it's yield. Was just a tad too expensive to run for me though, at the time.

Welcome to GR420!

As Bulls says you are lucky to be able to grow outdoor, i did attempt it a couple years back with a auto but it didn't amount to much. Im a LED fan, the best results ive seen so far are the cob led lights, specifically prakasa, Having said hat im back to hps atm but would love to have a custom built COB light like another member here. I look forward to following your grows.
