'Allo 'allo...
Good moaning...
A handful might remember me from other places, others not..hello to one and all.
I'll probably be quite quiet, lurking around for a bit before saying much... Mostly I keep to myself, but breeding, traditional/landrace strains, and unusual/quirky crosses are my main focus. Atypical traits often catch my attention, the weirder, the better, so far as I'm concerned.
It's been a little bit since I've done anything serious, growing or breeding wise..plans are in the pipeline - but those who've met me know that my plans are about as reliable as a chocolate fireguard, so expect nothing... Anything is possible with enough resolve, though.
If everything goes as intended..Idduki Fire F2's will be the first..Real Seed Co. P3 Kerala x Boogieman's F3 WiFi.
Beyond that..have a good one, and hopefully I'll see you all in a bit. ATB.

Re: 'Allo 'allo...
Hehe, yeah, all good @2-Scoops , can't say everything's been perfect, but such is life eh... Live, learn, be a better you than you were before, can't do much more than that!
Yesterday, seriously?! I know lady luck has a habit of surprising me, but that's taking the mick a little! I'm still laughing about the WiFi giving us 4 girls and the one lad from those beans!
Good to see you still about dude, hope you and yours are doing well, with any luck no excrement will hit fans this time and bugger up my plans, eh?!
Have a good one dude, ATB

Re: 'Allo 'allo...
Nice to meet you @Fiendy. I bought some RSC bean earlier this year. Plan to do something with them although not sure what yet. Like you said, plans are as reliable as a chocolate fireguard :)

Re: 'Allo 'allo...
Ditto @seymore_budz , I'm curious..which RSC strains? Some plants just go well together, others are a little too similar to notice their effects in crosses, if you plan to do something beyond just growing/reproducing them.
I can definitely personally recommend Kumaoni for scrog type grows and uplifting sat type highs, and Kerala is my absolute favorite out of 200+ strains over around 15 years of growing/breeding by now.
Waziri is a K.O., go to sleep, don't pass go kind of strain - Kerala will immobilize you by removing the desire to bother moving if you know what I mean! Muscles 'will' cooperate, but there's no will to actually do it after a few spliffs..it's heavy duty, but of the old school!
Have a good one,

Howdy Fiendy!
Glad you found the place... eventually. What took you? Did you get lost?

Re: 'Allo 'allo...
I don't take well to new places/people, eh... It's been a rough couple of years anyways, @marcus but hey, I'm here now! Everything's been a bit upside down for a while, and the old place doesn't seem to exist anymore... I'm a creature of habit, give me a chance to keep things the same, and I will... Change... The three bottles of saké probably doesn't hurt on that front!
I've lurked occasionally for a bit, but I'm not the kind of person to jump into the midst of everybody, I can't handle that noise... A bit of time to get to know at least the regulars, and I'll be cool, before that...wait till I'm 'not' smashed on rice wine and I'll be silent apart from you few I already know from elsewhere, hmm?
Bloody good to see these names come up again though, you, Jimmi, Dex... Yeah man, habit be damned, I should've nipped over a while ago!

Re: 'Allo 'allo...
I ended up buying Dakshinkali and Congolese. I bought them purely to use in a little breeding experiment. Over the last six years I've been collecting all sorts of strains from across the world. Mostly hybrids but, rare cultivars nether the less. I also used to run a small seed company back in 2005 on the side. I have a box of seeds from that time with some seeds that haven't been on the market for well over a decade. Only trouble is that they have been in a friend's shed for over a decade so I'm not sure what's viable or not.Fiendy wrote: ↑Thu Jun 20, 2024 3:14 pmDitto @seymore_budz , I'm curious..which RSC strains? The RSC cultivars will hopefully add some diversity into the mix. All the modern shit has become far too homogeneous.

Re: 'Allo 'allo...
Sorry to hear you've had a bit of rough sea on the good ship Fiendy, at least we have another sake fan in the house! Mine's gotta be ice cold.Fiendy wrote: ↑Thu Jun 20, 2024 5:11 pmI don't take well to new places/people, eh... It's been a rough couple of years anyways, @marcus but hey, I'm here now! Well, it's quiet and ticking along on here, all the others have farted off over to discord where... well, it's still quiet over there really. The grow logs are busy on the discord and the comps, but I think the core forum users are dropping off the earth and moving onto pastures new. Most boards are quiet now by the looks of things.
Kids watch a youtube video and are instant champion growers these days, as long as they buy a tshirt for 50 bucks.
You got anything growing at the moment? Been doing much over the last few years?
I'll give @Dex a shout to come say hello.
