Beginner seed
HI all, new here just to say hello. I've never grown before so just a beginner. What would you recommend to be an easy seed to grow for beginner?

Re: Beginner seed
Welcome to GR420,
That's a tough question. Every seed is different, even the sane strain can have different genotypes and phenotypesml.
I'd recommend going with a tried and tested breeder and a truer and tested strain, avoid new strains and hype strains for your first grow. Strains like Northern lights, kushes, Critical etc are a good shout.
I done a write up on my opinion or choosing a new strain as a new grower, you can read it on the following link:

Yep there a few that sponsor the forum, we are growers first so only have companies sponsoring us who we would use ourselves.mostang64 wrote: ↑Mon Apr 12, 2021 12:30 amThanks Keeno, very good article! Re: Beginner seed
I am thinking of growing in a tent 3*3 or 100*100 have not decided on LED light yet more likely Invisible Sun Eclipse Range or MIGRO ARAY 3 all depends on finances. Would you know off hand if i can grow 3 plants in 3*3?

Re: Beginner seed
I'd go 2 big or 4 medium plants in that space. 4 would fill it faster in veg. I normally say 60cm x 60cm per plant is spot on but 50cm x 50cm per plant would do you well.
Invisible Sun ISH 320 would work well in thst space.
We give away a Invisible Sun LED every week on the forum and one of his big lights is also up for grabs at the 420 party here on the 20rg April. Some competitions have minimum post count for entry but nothing that can be achieved in a few days. Have a look through the competition section when you have time and you will get an idea of what we do and how to enter.

Re: Beginner seed
thanks for info, I was looking at ISH 320 looks good. So i think i'll settle for two plants to begin with no point being greedy at this stage as i don't know what i'am doing! Any recommendation which would be a good inline fan for 100*100 cm tent?Keeno wrote: ↑Mon Apr 12, 2021 1:43 amI'd go 2 big or 4 medium plants in that space. 4 would fill it faster in veg. Re: Beginner seed
For a 1m x 1m I'd do with a 150mm RVK. They come in both low power and high power (a1 and l1). Systemair is a good choice of RVK, they are bomb proof, I've got some thst have been running non stop for years. Tlyou will need a filter to match the fan.mostang64 wrote: ↑Mon Apr 12, 2021 2:28 amthanks for info, I was looking at ISH 320 looks good. Systemair 150mm low power (A1) will match a filter like Rhino Pro or Viper filters that are 150mm x 300mm.
Systemair 150mm high power (L1) will match a filter like Rhino Pro and or viper that are 150mm x 600mm.
The low power should do fine in there. The high power will also work but will be noisier so I'd recommend getting a fan controller if you go high power.
Always get a filter that can handle more air than your fan moves.
