So you have pretty decent setup there. For vegging cannabis plants, go with a cool light, one that emits a "daylight" colour with a high Kelvin of 6,000–6,500K. For flowering, a warm light with a reddish tone, about 2,800K, is optimal. You can also find grow lights with a “best of both worlds” colour temperature of about 3,500K, which you can use for both vegging and flowering. So you're light is perfect for both. Just browsed and looking at the structure you should be able to get coverage in your size tent but you might lack some density of the buds in the corners.
RO water is good, but more expensive I guess. Why don't you try and let your taap water rest for 24 hrs and check it? It might be not too bad to use.
What ventilation you're using? And Filter?

Re: New to the forum
I’m testing some tap water I let sit today. I was under the impression RO water was the best to use, but I worry about the lost minerals and always having to add CalMag. I only flower a 4’x4’ with the light. My fan is an AC Infinity Cloudline T6 and the filter is a G-Hydro 6 inch air carbon filter upgraded hexagonal holes with1200+ RC48 activated charcoal.
