Not entirely new, just a reintroduction as I've been away for a while

Hi everyone, been away for a bit. I got quite sick back in late 2022 and this carried on until may 2023. I was throwing up constantly and really painful stomachs, turns out I had Chs which I didn't believe was real until it happened to me lol. Anyway the only cure for it was to stop smoking for a bit. I went from a heavy daily smoker to nothing. This was not by choice I really love my smoke. After quitting a few days in the anxiety started, I tried all the natural ways first with very little relief the only thing that seemed to help was box breathing and it was far from enough. I was having panic attacks from I woke up until I slept again. I had to use pharmaceuticals to get it under control. Anyway the point of putting this on here is I went through it and if anybody needs any help or info give me a shout. I want to add it's not the end, any information i found out about chs all said that you cannot smoke ever again its wrong you can you just need to give it some time.
Also want to add I done my research and it wasn't neem poisoning as I grow my own and have never added it to any grows.
