Canna coco pro+ coco coir in sacks doesn`t need buffering mate, it comes already done as do nearly all branded stuff in sacks and it carries a small ec from the buffering process if you checked run off and dipped it with an ec or ppm meter. It`s usually the bone dry blocked coir needs buffering as you`ve done here, just suimmink to bare in mind for future grows. You can`t go wrong with brand your using as well.

Good luck with first grow and welcome to site. 8-)

Welcome along bud, great to have you along.

I never check the ec of my feed or the run off tbh, just make sure ive ph'd the feed, but each to their own. I've got a cheap ph pen too and I've had it about 18 months, still reads right in standard solution so I wouodnt worry about it.

Everything seems to be going well I am getting more used to Coco and how it looks when wet and dry etc.. PH is still giving me a headache but trying my best with what I have the plants are not complaining much, growth is nice I can see the third set of fan leaves peaking through.

I have a quick question regarding my lights if anyone can help

I currently have a TS1000 150W LED in my 1X1X2 grow tent (3x3x6 everything gets confusing when reading online between American and English creators)

What kind of Wattage would be recommended for this area as it has already been noted I am a little low powered

And would it be as simple as adding more of the same lights I have in now over time?

I'm more geared up for getting it right as my mate has just whipped out his bubbler system to prove that HPS is better than LED I told him i'm still researching I want him to see my buds and cry lol
