Nice find @Greenfingers. I think we are close for the UK but not in the way we want it. Money will be the reason it changes here, and there is no money for the government letting us grow our own.

its not all that great folks ! trust me ! People by the ton are still going to jail here in Canada! There are so many restrictions, stepping out of the box lands you in prison !
