The cannabis farm with £500k-worth of plants found in a town centre building

Police have found a cannabis farm with plants worth £500,000.

Officers were called to Wood Street, in Bolton town centre, at around 11am on Friday (January 22).

The farm was spread across six rooms and consisted of around 900 plants - weighing approximately 252 kilos.
