Yeah that's pretty much it lol The police won't call round unless a neighbour complains and then they have to make a call. I've had that knock on the door before though cause I had a spider mite problem and stuck the inky infected plant in my garden where they could see it. They weren't called to me though... My neighbor had 2 13ft monsters on his balcony they could see from the road
They just confiscated mine and fined him €1200
