Birmingham Live reported that a faint smell of marijuana during hot weather in the summer was the only sign that something was amiss for residents of Cheshire Road in Smethwick.
However, a West Midlands Police raid in October following a tip-off uncovered 153 cannabis plants with an estimated value in excess of £150,000.

3.5 ounce per plant is doable.
150000 / 153 plants = roughly 980 a plant.
At a tenner a gram that's 98 grams per plant or 3.5 oz
I've heard that's the average for UK prices so they'll probably be running hydro. I've got a mate that managed just over 4 oz a plant in coco and that's with autos so yeah, it's doable.
Fuck watering 153 plants though. I can only just be arsed to look after 2
